**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the telephone. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and offices, assisting them in finding the information or resources they need.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately, maintaining a courteous and helpful approach.
- Manage the daily intake, sorting, and distribution of mail and deliveries to the relevant recipients.
- Update and maintain calendars, coordinating and scheduling meetings, while overseeing the reservation and upkeep of conference rooms.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing documents as needed.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company-wide events, meetings, and conferences to ensure their successful execution.
- Undertake basic tasks and maintain organized records, contributing to the efficient functioning of office operations.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable, equipped with essential stationery and materials.
- Oversee the tidiness and organization of the kitchen area, keeping it well-stocked with groceries and supplies.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, providing administrative support as required to facilitate efficient workflows.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, showcasing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including telephone systems and computers, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Prior experience in event planning, or office coordination is advantageous.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
