Apex Brewing is a family & friend owned brewery located in the beautiful foothills of Alberta in Yellowhead County. We focus on creating quality beer that reflects the spirit, stories and adventure that come from brewing beer deep in the woods of Alberta.

We are looking for a charismatic, independent and knowledgeable Sales Representative with a great attitude and thirst for fantastic beer to join our team

Responsibilities would include:

- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with key retailers while increasing and solidifying brand loyalty.
- Introduce and educate accounts and distributors on new, existing, and limited-release beers
- Manage all on/off premise accounts within Alberta by conducting on-site visits, providing service and support and responding to (and anticipating) customer needs.
- Represent Apex Brewing at festivals and promotional events across the province
- Meet or exceed performance-based goals that align with personal and company strategic objectives
- Be a brand ambassador for Apex Brewing and help to build enthusiasm and passion for our products.
- Ensure all initiatives are executed within the legal restrictions regarding products in the Alberta market.
- Maintain the highest level of quality and integrity with our fellow Alberta breweries and customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and training programs
- Complete daily sales logs and maintenance of client database
- Provide monthly sales and progress reports
- Track and monitor sales and performance goals
- Frequent travel in and around Alberta.

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years sales experience
- Solid understanding of sales in the brewing industry
- Experience with time and territory management and account development
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and improving profitability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize clients and schedule to maximize performance
- Personable, outgoing and professional
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate areas of concern
- Must possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to work flexible hours and travel within Alberta

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
