**Primary responsibilities**:
Your day as an Advisor will never look the same. You will be responsible for managing various client projects ranging from; talent management, organizational design, HR structure, compensation, learning and development, fractional HR support and more. This role will require you to be curious, agile, solutions-focused, resourceful, confident, high-integrity, empathic, and comfortable working in grey areas.

**What you need to succeed**:

- CRHA certified
- Bilingual French & English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist or related role
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, while being solution-focused
- Relationship-focused with a collaborative work approach
- Experience managing clients and projects from start to finish
