**THE ROLE**
As Human Resources Coordinator, along with planning, organizing and coordinate the delivery of Human Resources services and programs, your main responsibilities will be to coordinate the delivery of recruitment services for CFB Bagotville, Valcartier and St-Jean/Montreal Garrison.

You will coordinate all recruitment services from the beginning of the process by identifying the needs of managers, generating job posting, screening resumes and coordinating selection committees. Your role will extend from the beginning of the new talent acquisition process through to the orientation of new resources. You will also write correspondence, ensure proper file management and maintain the integrity of human resources data.

This is an interventionist role where you will work as a team to best meet the organization’s human resources needs. **QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

**Experience**

In planning, organizing, and delivering human resources services

In providing human resources related advice to managers

In planning and conducting presentations

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
French Essential, bilingual an asset

Reading: Functional

Writing: Functional

Oral: Functional

**OTHER INFORMATION**
This position has an assigned location and may allow flexible work options such as remote or hybrid work but the employee must be able to report to the assigned work location at their own cost if required. Remote work may be required depending on health and safety considerations.
