**DESCRIPTION**

Le service de développement des affaires et du marketing de Gowling WLG (DA et marketing) est à la recherche d’une personne expérimentée pour pourvoir le poste de spécialiste, Médias sociaux et campagnes de marketing. Cette personne sera chargée de concevoir, planifier et gérer des campagnes de marketing multicanaux intégrées et dirigera également les activités de marketing du cabinet sur les médias sociaux.

La personne sélectionnée pour ce poste peut exercer ses fonctions à partir de n’importe lequel de nos bureaux établis au Canada.

**RESPONSIBILITÉS**

Campagnes : gestion et activités
- Créer et partager des cadres de campagne, de la création à la mise en œuvre; ceci comprend notamment la conception d’énoncés de projets créatifs.
- Consulter les professionnels juridiques, les membres de l’équipe de DA et autres intervenants clés désignés à l’interne afin de cerner les objectifs, publics cibles, messages clés et échéanciers des différentes campagnes.
- Pour chaque campagne, recommander un modèle de conception, puis créer un compte à rebours et en assumer la gestion et les suivis.
- Coordonner les activités de création de contenu (baladodiffusions, pages Web, médias sociaux[SG1], publicités, etc.) et d’actifs s’arrimant aux objectifs des différentes campagnes.
- Analyser la performance des campagnes, rectifier le tir au besoin et fournir des renseignements pertinents et des recommandations aux intervenants concernés afin de maximiser le rendement du capital investi.
- Mettre en œuvre des processus permettant de produire des résultats cohérents dans le cadre des projets marketing; ceci implique de collaborer avec les fournisseurs de services internes et les fournisseurs externes, au besoin.

Médias sociaux
- Appliquer des pratiques exemplaires à l’échelle du cabinet, ainsi que créer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de médias sociaux et de pratiques de gouvernance y afférentes.
- Créer et tenir à jour un calendrier de médias sociaux pour l’ensemble du cabinet; ceci implique d’assurer une coordination avec des collègues œuvrant dans différents bureaux et services à l’échelle mondiale.
- Élaborer et exécuter des campagnes de médias sociaux stratégiques (médias payants et détenus/médias gratuits).
- Effectuer la veille et le suivi des médias sociaux sur l’ensemble des canaux utilisés afin de s’assurer que l’attitude vis-à-vis de la marque du cabinet demeure fortement positive.
- Surveiller la publication de questions et de commentaires entrants et y répondre et/ou en faire le tri, en temps opportun.
- Produire des rapports sur les indicateurs clés de médias sociaux quant aux différents comptes, plateformes, campagnes et thèmes du cabinet.
- Former les membres du cabinet sur les façons d’utiliser leurs comptes personnels de médias sociaux en vue de bâtir leur marque professionnelle et d’élargir leur réseau.
- Encourager les membres du cabinet à faire la promotion de ses activités et former un large groupe d’ambassadeurs de la marque du cabinet sur les médias sociaux.
