**About the Ideal Customer Success Manager**:
You **love **building relationships with customers, learning about their business and being able to tailor solutions to meet their needs. **What We Offer Our Employees**:
Our Customer Success Manager receives a competitive salary of $50,000-55,000 with bonus opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Renewing accounts in a timely manner
- Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and retaining recurring revenue through renewals
- Looking for upsell opportunities to increase client account value, to which we provide commission
- Monitoring personnel movement within your portfolio to ensure that we train all new employees
- Providing loyalty check-ins
- Customer onboarding and training
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Exceptional organization skills
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company
- Previous CRM experience an asset
