**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our highly motivated and dynamic Sales team. As a Customer Success Manager, you work proactively to help our customers get the most value from their investment by establishing long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. In your role, you understand larger/enterprise-level Teams and Business customers' structures and needs, which helps you guide them effectively through established best practices by working closely with Onboarding and Account Management. You also understand the importance of our four key metrics: Retention, Extension, Expansion, and Growth, and therefore, you act as the customer champion and advocate, helping increase awareness of customer needs and priorities. As Customer Success Manager, you influence not only your own customers and processes but related processes across our organization.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience with and passion for helping people or businesses use software to be more productive and efficient. You’re passionate about discovering what a team needs in their workplace, and you ask strong open-ended questions that help you learn more about them. You enjoy translating technical terms for customers who find technology confusing or intimidating.
- Someone who works well with internal teams, balancing individual customers’ success with company needs and opportunities.
- A proven track record as a top performer in customer success.
- A knack for learning things on your own and quickly adapting to new environments. Since this role is remote, it’s important to be independent in your research, but also have the humility to ask for help when you aren't sure about something.
- The thought of tracking minute details doesn’t make you cringe and you’re able to organize yourself and your tasks so customers don’t get missed or dropped.
- Feedback, learning, and growing are some of your favorite words.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to travel

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Background in Civil Engineering and/or experience working with business customers in this area
- Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred.
- Able and keen to work in a very fast-paced, continuously growing environment.

**Pay**:Base Salary ($55,000 - $65,000) + Commission + Stock Options
