**About the Role**:
HANS is hiring some new payroll team resources (Payroll Coordinator, Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administration). The roles will work within the payroll services department and will be assigned to complete payroll tasks and responsibilities for specific clients. The positions will work directly with the payroll lead in developing payroll processes, implementing payroll clients, and processing client payrolls. Each payroll role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client payrolls, supporting needs of clients and other general payroll functions.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Performing Payroll support and reconciliations (pension/benefits).
- Provision of customer service to HANS / igility staff.
- Provision of customer service to external clients.
- Data entry and maintenance of client payroll schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, in particular verbal and written communications.
- Working with a leading cloud-based payroll software solution, including trouble shooting client issues and responding to client with viable options for issue resolution.
- Performing other general payroll functions.
