Logistics Coordinator

Johal's trucking Inc is looking for Logistics Coordinator who can perform the following duties:
- Track and Trace drivers and handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Manage customs clearance ( PAPS, PARS, ACE, ACI )
- Communicate freight requirements & procedures to drivers
- Assist dispatchers to resolve day-to-day issues and activities as requested
- Maintain companies various software’s by entering data and ensuring all the information is accurate and up-to-date
- Other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in-writing
- Must be organized and have problem-solving mindset
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Must have sufficient typing speed
- Knowledge of trucking industry is an asset
- Previous experience with Motive, Samsara, Borderconnect, Rose Rocket is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- trucking/logistics industry: 1 year (preferred)
