**Your Role within PIB**

Follow up with insurance companies for updated information on claims.
- Procure claim closing information from insurers that do not automatically provide this.

Receive claims notices; attach in EPIC and update claim files.
- Claim acknowledgements
- Opening notices
- Closing notices
- Set up claims on system that were reported directly to our insurers by our clients.

Flag accounts that require attention.
- Advise other claims team members when claims need attention/client needs a call.

Perform the loss control function for LC inspections done by the producers.
- Review loss control recommendations
- Fill out form letter to send to Dealers/Clients
- Abeyance to producer for non-responses
- Attach responses to the insured file and close abeyance

**What you need to have**
- An eagerness to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multi-task
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Insurance claims experience is an asset
- Experience with Applied EPIC is an asset
