The Greenspace team is a tight-knit, diverse group that works both together and independently to bring life to offices and restaurants all around Vancouver. We value employees who are driven, positive, and reliability is a must.

**Project Coordinator role**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This includes understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns. Also, setting up accounts, explaining processes, and providing initial product information.
- **Order Processing**: Handling client orders from start to finish. This involves coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of plants and related products.
- **Problem-Solving**: Addressing any issues that arise, such as delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies in orders. Your role is to find solutions and mitigate any negative impact on the client.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**: Working closely with management to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Having a strong understanding of the plants, products, and service options Greenspace offers.

**Plant Care Technician**:

- **Plant Care**: Regularly water, fertilize, and prune indoor plants to ensure their optimal health and growth. Monitor plant health and address issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies. Clean and maintain plant containers and decorative pots.
- **Client Interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about plant care, recommending suitable plant species, and offering solutions for plant-related issues.
- **Reliability**:The ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule based on clients through our scheduling app.
- **Communication**: You will provide updates to our clients on the care and maintenance of their plants. Also, communicating on a regular basis with the Greenspace team, and sharing photos and notes on each client.
- **Driving**:Someone comfortable driving and parking in busy downtown locations

**Qualifications**:

- Project coordination experience or something similar would be a major asset
- Proven experience and knowledge in the maintenance and common bug issues for indoor plant species
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and helpful advice to clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for horticulture.
- A relevant degree or certification in business, horticulture, botany, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move plants and equipment.
- Comfort with spending extended periods of time on your feet and performing physical tasks.
