**The Opportunity**

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
**B2B Marketing**:

- Designing and implementing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Leveraging all marketing channels to execute and implement marketing campaigns for Analyticsmart and all its clienteles.
- Devising comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities, keeping marketing operations budget in line.
- Using consumer insights to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative visions across different marketing channels.
- Leading content and visual creation on LinkedIn, or on other digital channels and understanding how all types of content contribute to a brand’s overall success.
- Implementing a PR program for brand awareness by creating PR Kits including Informational merchandise, identifying distribution lists etc.
- Supervising all aspects of marketing operations, brand management, market research, and coordination with sales.
- Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

**B2C Marketing**:

- Monitoring marketing campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Devising a detailed marketing calendar plan and ensuring timely execution to set deliverables.
- Engaging and acquiring new customers using various techniques and approaches
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and promotion.
- Managing social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Organizing and attending events, conferences, and trade shows, representing the company professionally.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and marketing trends, continuously evolving strategies.
- Crafting insightful and creative presentations that can be leveraged for internal and external purposes.

**Relevant Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Four years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and B2C strategies.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Creative-eye and experience in Communication design is preferred.
- Experience within Technology and CPG industry will be an asset.
- Ability to develop strategic and creative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and generating effective ROIs.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
