**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism;
- Advise customers on the various products, while ensuring that their needs are met;
- Opening and updating patient records;
- Perform tasks related to invoicing on receipt of products for sale;
- Other administrative tasks.
- Must excel in customer service
- Ability to work as a team player with limited supervision.
- Must be highly motivated with strong organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Ability to follow company procedures and policies
- Make appointments for customers
- Daily Close-out and cash deposits
- Receiving and returning merchandise
- Third party billing.
- All other duties as required
- Training provided
