The TimSold Real Estate Team is looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to design and deliver educational programs for our real estate agents. The responsibilities of the Training and Development Manager include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material, and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our real estate agents to identify challenges they face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our real estate agents and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals. Training Managers often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education. Training Manager responsibilities include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding of new real estate agents along with one-on-one productivity coaching for the agent's first 121-days.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills that generate interest in affiliating with the TimSold Real Estate Team.
- Group facilitation and classroom leadership.
- Generate student participation and engagement and have survey feedback reflect.
- Learn established the TimSold Real Estate Team course and webinar training content for online and in-person delivery to our sales associates.
- Competency in working with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating and editing training slide decks, facilitator guides, and student manuals.
- Assist students with goal setting and business planning initiatives in addition to tracking and reporting results.
- Design and craft one-off webinars based on the business strategy and use of the TimSold Real Estate Team suite of business development tools.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats to incorporate simulations, case studies, role-plays, and team exercises/discussions to drive optimal training and development outcomes and results. Use platform delivery options like breakout rooms and forum discussions to engage participants.
- Ease in being able to stall, halt and redirect a class conversation that is prolonging vs. advancing.
- Maintain strategic alliances with industry and training organizations.
- Stay up to date with industry updates, training standards, adult learning styles, and preferences, as well as blended/social learning techniques.
- Successful delivery and classroom management which results in survey scores of 90% or higher. Provide recommendations for training survey collection for improving delivery and development.

**Requirements**:

- A valid Real Estate License (not a MUST)
- Proven experience in delivering classroom and video-based training as well as one-on-one productivity coaching.
- Real estate sales management experience is helpful, but not required.
- Strong organization, administrative, and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task projects and training course delivery.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality.
- Build and maintain relationships with our affiliated real estate agents as well as the TimSold Real Estate Team corporate leadership and support teams.
- Work effectively with different personality styles.
- Proven track record in understanding and reaching real estate sales practitioners and how to deliver training to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrates success in managing classroom groups (both virtually and live).
- Strong collaborative and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, and engaging class delivery skills for all individuals at the enterprise level.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
