**The role**
Welcome to the Intact Lab Design team Our purpose is to help people, businesses and society prosper in good times and be resilient in bad times.
Our talented group, a mix of UX researchers, behavioural scientists, data analysts, and UX designers, partners with Product teams to uncover, craft and implement second-to-none experiences rooted in customer insight. Our work contributes to outperformance by helping our clients, employees and partners be more successful, efficient and delighted.
**Responsibilities**
As DataOps Manager, you will manage a multidisciplinary team that will focus on 2 aspects:
- You will oversee the collection of digital data and its tool management. Your work will help development teams facilitate the implementation of business requirements. From the data, your team will find innovative ways to share the information with the necessary governance to achieve company's business objectives.
- You will oversee the vision, strategy, and development of Intact Lab dashboards and reporting. Using multiple sources of data, your team will centralize key performance indicators and communicate them effectively to expose success and improvement insights.
Reporting to the Director - Insights & Analytics, your main responsibilities will be:
- Help, coach, and follow your team in the development of official reports for Intact Lab on its products and key performance indicators.
- Work with the Analytics team to translate business requirements from data collection into insights.
- Oversee the development of business requirements in data collection.
- Ensure, with the team, the governance of the digital measurement tools.
- Act as a mentor and be at the forefront of digital data governance.
- Plan roadmaps annually and help your team focus on activities with maximum impact
- Actively participate on CDP project by including Intact Lab needs.
- Oversee a clear and user-friendly showcase on Intact Lab performance.
- Act as an expert and advisor, both for data collection practices and the creation of dashboards at all levels at IFC
- Position the Intact Lab as a leader in digital data collection and governance in Canada.
**What you bring to the table**:
- 5 years of experience in creating digital data dashboards, digital data analysis, as well as data governance
- 2 years of experience in team management and coaching on digital data
- Inclusive leadership and ability to make decisions quickly
- Expert facilitator and moderator
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence and find consensus
- Excellent at making connections and identifying what is important
- Bilingualism required (French & English - _Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country_
