- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d’un ou d'une Agent(e)s de la gestion du personnel pour combler un remplacement au sein de son Service de prévention et promotion de la santé, volet développement, retour au travail et stabilité, situé à l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne, à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.- Le rôle d’agent(e) de la gestion du personnel, volet accommodement, se décline ainsi:
- Intervenir auprès des salariés présentant des déficiences et incapacités survenues à la suite d’un accident ou d’une maladie dans le but de favoriser leur réadaptation professionnelle;
- Assurer l’ensemble du processus d’accommodement ou d’identification d’emploi convenable dans le but d’arrimer les capacités résiduelles de l’employé et les besoins de l’organisation;
- Offrir des services modulés en fonction des enjeux que représente le retour au travail des personne en situation d’accommodement ;
- Effectuer une vigie des meilleures pratiques en termes d’accommodement et proposer des alternatives innovantes;
- Réviser et mettre à jour les processus d’accommodement en place dans l’établissement afin qu’ils soient conformes aux meilleures pratiques en la matière;
- Représenter l’employeur dans différents comités organisationnels;
- Informer, conseiller, soutenir et accompagner les agents de gestion du personnel, les gestionnaires et les employés dans l’ensemble du processus d’accommodement;
- Collaborer étroitement avec le service des affaires juridiques concernant les dossiers complexes nécessitant une opinion légale;
- Faire les liens avec les autres services de la Direction des ressources humaines et des affaires juridiques pour certains dossiers nécessitant leur collaboration.
- Effectuer, à la demande de son supérieur immédiat, toute autre tâche connexe.

Salaire horaire : 26,66$ à 45,70$, selon expérience.- Requirements :- Détient un Baccalauréat en relations industrielles, en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans une discipline universitaire appropriée;
- Possède 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle en gestion de dossier médico-administratifs, comme conseiller en réadaptation ou autre expérience pertinente;
- Détient un certificat en santé et sécurité du travail un atout;
- Connaît la loi sur la santé et sécurité du travail et de la loi sur les accidents de travail et maladies professionnelles;
- Maîtrise les logiciels de la suite Office;
- Possède des connaissance des processus de réadaptation (un atout);
- Possède des connaissances du réseau de la santé et des conventions collectives en vigueur (un atout).
- Est habile avec les logiciels Prasat, logibec et Sigma-RH (un atout).
