Responsibilities

  • Backend management of the customer contact database;
  • Work with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Associates to establish the customer criteria for various mailing and email marketing efforts;
  • Sort, clean and organize contact lists for our various marketing efforts;
  • Review and finalize email campaigns, tie them to the correct contact lists, and schedule them to go out to customers;
  • Triage incoming requests (email and social media) and assign them to the correct teams or respond accordingly;
  • Formulate and post public responses to customer reviews (positive and negative)
  • Assist in various projects in support of our ongoing marketing and corporate efforts;
  • Identify quality issues and communicate to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications

  • Secondary diploma;
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent reading/writing skills;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and easily and rapidly shift priorities;
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English and French.
