Marchés des capitaux CIBC offre aux entreprises privées, aux organismes gouvernementaux et aux clients institutionnels des solutions novatrices pour les aider à mobiliser des capitaux, à croître et à investir activement en Amérique du Nord, en Amérique latine et dans les principaux centres financiers du monde. Notre mission est non seulement d’offrir des produits des marchés financiers canadiens au Canada et au reste du monde, mais aussi de mettre le monde à la portée du Canada.

Le groupe Banque d’investissement de Marchés des capitaux CIBC effectue des opérations de placement de titres de participation et de titres de créance et fournit des services consultatifs aux entreprises. Le groupe Banque d’investissement de Marchés des capitaux CIBC comprend un groupe de spécialistes affectés à la prestation de services consultatifs en matière de fusions et acquisitions, de coentreprise, d’OPA hostiles, de rachats, de mesures anti-OPA et de restructuration. Il existe une étroite collaboration avec les autres groupes de la Banque pour la prestation de solutions de financement et de solutions-conseils personnalisées aux clients.

Comment réussir- Les principales fonctions et responsabilités suivantes : diriger et produire des analyses liées à la finance corporative, préparer les documents destinés aux clients, élaborer des modèles financiers complexes, assurer le mentorat et la direction des analystes et offrir un soutien général aux professionnels seniors pour le développement des affaires et l’exécution des mandats.- Aider à la préparation de propositions à l’intention des clients et clients éventuels concernant des placements de titres de participation et de titres de créance, des fusions et acquisitions d’actif ou de société et d’autres produits financiers et services conseils. Réaliser des recherches et des analyses sectorielles pour aider à cerner ou à analyser des occasions d’affaires en services bancaires d’investissement. Concevoir et vérifier des modèles financiers complexes.- Participer au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles et assurer la liaison avec d’autres départements de Marchés des capitaux CIBC pour l’exécution de mandats ou la préparation de propositions destinées aux clients. Préparer des analyses sectorielles et financières afin de formuler des recommandations pour les clients.- Mener des analyses sur les valeurs comparables du secteur et les opérations antérieures. Contribuer aux activités de vérification diligente des entreprises. Préparer des notices d’offre et du matériel de marketing. Aider à la rédaction des prospectus. Assurer le mentorat, la formation et la direction des analystes.

Diplôme de premier cycle ou d’études supérieures, ainsi qu’une expérience professionnelle en finance d’entreprise, banque d’investissement ou capital-investissement; titres CFA et/ou CPA facultatifs, mais considérés comme un atout.- Éthique de travail. Personne extrêmement dévouée et motivée, ayant des aspirations professionnelles élevées. Capacité d’assumer un niveau élevé de responsabilités dans le contexte de mandats à exécuter dans de courts délais. Capacité à travailler sous pression, malgré des échéances multiples tout en portant une attention méticuleuse aux détails. Engagement professionnel démontré, y compris une grande disposition à travailler, de la flexibilité dans l’horaire personnel et une capacité d’adaptation afin de réaliser le travail présenté aux clients et de respecter les délais. Souvent obligé de travailler en dehors des heures normales de travail.-
