Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our equipment and infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and follow-up on the preventive maintenance program and calibration activities for the facility and equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant (including maintenance task list improvements to ensure improved efficiency, reduce breakdowns, provide statistics on maintenance activities (KPIs), etc.).
- Ensure equipment, building and utilities are well maintained.
- Create or improve existing maintenance work instructions.
- Execute plant maintenance preventive and corrective Work Orders for equipment and utilities.
- Manage and supervise the work of outside service providers and external contractors.
- Classify and file maintenance records for equipment, building and utilities.
- Participate in plant and production equipment improvement projects (design, budget, and timetable).
- Have basic knowledge of Excel.
- Participate in improved occupational health and safety initiatives.

**Requirements**:
- College or Professional Diploma (DEC or DEP) in industrial maintenance or any other relevant training.
- GMP knowledge and experience as a maintenance technician or electro-mechanic in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of PLC programming, HMI and SCADA is a plus.
- Ability to read electrical and P&ID diagrams, pneumatic and mechanical plans.
- Ability to use AutoCAD is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite is a plus (Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.).
- Good communicator and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Autonomous and multitasking.
- Availability for emergency calls outside of working hours.
- Availability to work overtime including weekends if required.
- Working capacility (spoken and written) in both French and English is a requirement.
