- Position InformationThe Information Services and Technology Department is looking for a dynamic, fluently bilingual and compassionate Executive Assistant to work with the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. This position reports to the EVP and CIO and also works collaboratively with the IS/IT Directors and administrative team for the effective execution of the departmental vision, mission and objectives. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is aligned with our values, who cares and sees the importance of delivering high caliber client and staff services.

This position will be eligible for a hybrid work agreement.
- Rotation/ShiftsDays, 8 hour shifts - flexibility required.
- Basic Requirements- Undergraduate degree, College Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent education or work experience;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role;
- Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of Office 365;
- Excellent secretarial, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
- Adaptable to change and able to work flexible hours as required;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment;
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to maintain positive relationships in a team environment;
- Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with staff, leaders and the general public;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to efficiently operate office equipment;
- Must be eligible to work in Canada;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level), comprehension (advanced level) and writing (advanced level).
- Preferred Qualifications- Working experience in a highly demanding environment;
- Knowledge of financial and budget management.
