General Responsibility:
Reporting to the senior leadership you will play an integral role in elevating the group’s presence and profile both provincially and nationally. You will be accountable for creating short to long term priorities, coordinating with the management of the group entities, building the teams and resources to both research and develop key initiatives, grants, community engagement, and expand the revenue streams for the group. You will be working with the leadership in identifying the new opportunities, strategies and plans to grab these opportunities while supporting the Product/Program mix and new product line development initiatives by providing insights that align with the leadership's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-create and facilitate the identification and implementation of short, medium and long term priorities and plans for the group in alignment with the leadership team
- Coordinate with the group entities to build a strong collaborative teams to achieve the common group goals of financial stability, diverse revenue streams and key strategic investments in related space
- Develop and nurture collaborative partnerships both internally within the group identities and externally with key stakeholders including government officials, leader of educational institutions and industry partners
- Lead and collaborate with the teams on the development of marketing and sales strategies that align across teams and product lines
- Identify product mix and market opportunities both locally, regionally and nationally in alignment with the leadership
- Work closely with the management across the entities to support the strategic goals of the group
- Lead corporate initiatives and special projects to advance the group’s strategic agenda
- Participate actively as a member of the various cross functional teams including; Extended corporate management team
- Other duties and roles as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree in a related field, such as business administration or commerce with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated and proven ability in leading key strategic projects and change initiatives
- Demonstrated project management skills, and ability to bring people together internally and externally to manage numerous projects and deadlines concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Experience working independently, and demonstrate effective collaboration with a variety of individuals and groups
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds and other areas of expertise and with senior administrators in a variety of organizations
- Ability to determine priorities, when to delegate issues, when to handle them personally, and at what point they need the attention of the senior leadership team.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

- Project management: 5 years (preferred)
