**What you will do**:

- Further build and develop our Loblaws business with a deep knowledge of Loblaws banners
- Open and grow distribution across Canada with focus on Grocery, Mass, and Club - Sobeys, Metro, Costco, and Walmart
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue expectations
- Conduct yearly strategy sessions with key retailers and distribution partners to build distribution plans and promo calendars
- Build and own trade budget to grow distribution and accelerate sales
- Leverage data to make business critical decisions around forecast, P&L, and for presentations
- Partner with 3PL and manufacturing teams to ensure on time delivery and replenishment, instituting key KPIs to ensure customer metrics are met
- Oversee and collaborate with distributors to grow our business at key accounts, regional accounts, and with independents across Canada
- Partner cross functionally with Ops, Finance, Marketing, ESG and other internal teams to deliver our message and service our customers
- Complete internal business requests as needed

**What you have**:

- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent field experience; MBA considered an asset
- Must Have: 3-5 years direct selling to and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Loblaws and all its banners.
- Experience with P&L accountability and a demonstrated history of success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Working knowledge of key distribution partners in Canada
- Working knowledge of Sobey’s, Metro, Walmart, Costco a plus
- Working knowledge of syndicated data is a plus
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, HubSpot and other relevant software tools
