We are an Etobicoke based construction company, with a focus on residential and commercial renovations, looking to add one General Builder / Lead Carpenter to our team.

The position is year-round, with jobs all over the GTA (car is a strong asset).

**You will need for this position**:

- Knowledge of a variety of construction techniques and materials
- Rough and finish carpentry - including layout of walls and small roofs for additions
- Floor installation
- Window and door installation
- Siding installation
- Able to read blueprints
- Able to direct small teams and interact in a professional way with clients, trades and architects.
- Ability to lead full renovation projects from demolition to finish, involving manual work, as well as administrative duties to schedule trades and send reports to the office.
- Own basic tools and toolbelt - bigger tools are provided by the company

- carpentry: 7 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- drivers license and access to a car (preferred)
