**You will**
Provide Oversight, Leadership and Management, when completing:
- **Inspections/Inventory**
- Conduct initial inspections on homes to the established Anthem Standard
- Complete any subsequent sign off inspections
- Ensure the inventory homes are in good condition and the bi-monthly reviews are occurring
- Review common area of unsold projects to ensure the project is being maintained
- Ensure the OneNote file is up to date in real-time
- **Project Set up**:
- Draft Homeowner manual with Conasys
- Ensure deliverables are available and ready for distribution
- **Orientations**:
- Ensure homes are ready for orientation
- Complete orientations as per the Homeowner Care (HOC) Process
- Enter deficiencies from orientation into Conasys
- Follow up with trades to confirm the work is complete
- Prep deliverables for closings
- **Possession**:
- Coordinate final cleaning of a home
- Review homes to ensure ready for possession
- Complete key turnovers, as per the HOC Process
- **Service Requests**:
- Review Service requests, as requested by HOC Sr Coordinator
- Meet with homeowners, strata councils and property managers, as required
- Common area reviews before first conveyance in building/block
- Work with the Sr HOC Coordinator to ensure all common area repairs are complete
**You have**
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of, and are familiar with, New Home Warranty 2-5-10
- A general knowledge of construction
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A reliable vehicle available daily

**Salary**
- $80,000 - $95,000 per year estimated, based on experience
