Intellifi is looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for talent with around 2 years of experience, looking to grow and expand your skillset in the fintech industry. You can be a part of the changing landscape by building the next generation of B2B mortgage software solutions. The team is expanding and looking for smart, technical and eager self-motivators.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the requirements gathering process, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and provide critical input into the design of lending solutions for multiple products.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships by actively engaging with clients, managing their expectations, and ensuring their requirements are met across various product offerings.
- Take charge of quality assurance testing to guarantee that the functionality aligns with specified requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as sales and development teams, to facilitate the seamless implementation of new products and future product releases.
- Develop comprehensive solution and design documents, product specifications, and test plans, contributing to the overall product documentation process.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry data, monitoring trends, variances, and observations to deliver valuable market, competitive, and product intelligence.
- Provide essential sales support by creating product collateral and delivering client presentations, ensuring a clear and compelling representation of the product to potential clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Approx. 2 years of experience within the financial services and/or mortgage industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage short timeframes to deliver technical solutions in a growing organizational environment
- Proven methodical thinking and problem-solving skills and pragmatic when needed
- Are open and adaptable, looking for a challenge and passionate about the role with determination to become an expert in our domain
- Flexibility to be responsive to client and internal needs, willingness to travel to client sites at short notice and the determination to get the job done
- The desire to build a foundation with a growing fintech company
- The skills to work well within a team and also independently.
- Experience in requirements definition and / or software quality assurance, particularly in the lending industry
- UI/UX Design of lending software products as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Implementing and / or supporting large scale lending software solutions
- Business tools such as Word Processing, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Figma and Flow charting

**Salary Range**:$55,000 - $65,000/yr
