We support clients such as Skotidakis, Exeko, and BIXI in increasing their productivity, boosting their revenues, and reducing expenses through technological optimization of their Management Information System.

Growing rapidly, we are seeking an experienced **IT Project Coordinator or Project Manager** to support our infrastructure Director. Your role will be to supervise IT support activities within our company. You will be specifically responsible for:

- IT Projects Planning and Coordination
- Organize and track projects related to systems and infrastructures
- Define and implement processes to improve IT operations
- Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the support team
- Evaluate and propose new tools
- Procurement Management
- Place hardware and software orders, collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues
- Resource Management
- Optimize resource allocation based on team priorities and client needs
- Supervise schedules and workload distribution to maximize productivity
- Incident Management and Client Relations
- Prioritize support requests, ensure their rapid resolution, and track their progression through incident documentation systems
- Control intervention quality by ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and deadlines
- Regularly communicate with internal and external clients to inform them of request progress
- Effectively manage client requests and complaints to ensure proactive resolution
- Analyze client feedback to identify improvement points and record all interactions in the CRM
- Policy and Procedure Development and Performance Monitoring
- Create and maintain support policies and procedures, ensuring team implementation
- Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency
- Produce and analyze indicators and reports on support service performance

**Required Profile**:

- Proven 5+ years of experience as an IT project manager, manager, or similar role
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT support technologies and practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams
- Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, or related field

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, project management, or related field
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote assistance tools
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English
