**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager, Rogers Place Box Office, the** Coordinator, Ticket Operations** will be responsible for the execution and coordination of various operational tasks to support ticketing campaigns and products across all OEG brands including the Edmonton Oilers, Edmonton Oil Kings, Live Entertainment, and ICE District events. The Coordinator, Ticket Operations, will be expected to be knowledgeable of daily and seasonal recurring tasks, and support the Ticket Operations and Box Office Operations teams on the various projects and events they support.

**Core Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assists with ticketing issue resolution and trouble-shooting
- Provide additional assistance with internal ticket bookings across all brands
- Coordinates, manages, and executes weekly deliverables including but not limited to OEG Gaming prizing, ticket donations, SuitePro order fulfillment
- Help create and maintain shared group databases in Microsoft OneNote in conjunction with the Manager, Rogers Place Box Office.
- Support the Ticket Operations team with the accurate programming and auditing of events and price codes within the Archtics ticketing system
- Assists in creating educational materials for internal/external stakeholders for Archtics, Account Manager, Host and other ticket related processes including sales campaigns, relocation and voucher redemptions
- Support the daily operations of the box office, including assisting with opening, closing, and general practices
- Provides exceptional level of customer service to internal customers, including Brand teams and Ticket Sales and Service groups, which ultimately supports our external customer base
- Other duties as assigned

**Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum three years professional work experience equivalent in an administrative role
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (OneNote, Excel & Word)
- Demonstrated exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
- Passionate about a career in the sports and entertainment industry
- Must be able to work select Oil Kings game nights, some Oilers game nights, and other live events as directed, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior ticketing experience will be considered an asset
- Experience with Archtics/Host/Tm1, SuitePro and Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be considered an asset
