**Key areas of responsibility**:
The Market Strategy Manager is responsible for the overall vision of creating a distinct and sustainable competitive advantage in Business Solutions (currently defined as Accounting, Legal and Finance), including but not limited to:

- Vertical market Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Gather, maintain, and report on market intelligence collected from customers, prospects, and partners
- Own the Business Solutions, Go To Market (GTM) strategy, plan, and execution
- Vertical sales enablement, Unique Selling Position (USPs)
- Ideal customer profiles (ICPs) -User Personas
- SME to help advance and close opportunities
- Lead growth - revenue, customer logos and market share
- Vertical specific product positioning
- Vertical specific pricing and analysis
- Strategic Partnerships

The Market Strategy Manager will work closely with the following FM Teams:

- Product Development
- Sales and Customer Experience
- Marketing
- Digital Transformation Consultants (DXCs)

Key performance Indicators (KPIs) include, but are not limited to:

- Revenue of Business Solutions
- Vertical growth
- Customers
- Products
- wallet share
- partnerships
- Partner leads generated
- Vertical knowledge trends, analysis, opportunities, etc.

**Skill and knowledge requirements**:
We’re flexible but these are a must:

- 3+ years in the managed services industry
- 3+ years in sales and/or marketing
- Previous experience vertical market growth
- Energy, enthusiasms and execution
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
- Proven leadership experience (direct and indirect)
- General experience with Technical, Legal and Finance concepts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
