Head of Field Marketing and Strategy

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product marketing team to standardize and modernize marketing processes, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to develop go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement sales collateral and competitive intelligence initiatives that cater to diverse regions and verticals, enhancing the company's market presence.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels, reinforcing the company's brand identity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with product marketing frameworks, such as Pragmatic, and the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to industry events and tradeshows as required, representing the company and promoting its products.
