*Job Summary*

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in creating delicious meals in a fast-paced environment. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for food and a strong ability to manage and inspire a team.

*Duties*
- Develop and execute innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
- Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food preparation areas.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment at all times.

*Skills*
- Extensive experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise kitchen staff effectively.
- Proficient in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management within the food industry.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- A passion for culinary arts with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.

Full-time

**Salary**:$4500-$5000
