**A day in the life of a Manager, Digital Transformation**
- Lead engagements and client relationships, ensuring successful project outcomes
- Conduct workshops focused on understanding client current state, identifying needs, and challenges
- Direct and mentor Senior/Junior Consultants i.e. problem definition, how to identify, conduct, and summarize research into benefits, risks, and considerations, think holistically focused on solution design with digital/data models providing a single source of truth, develop IT support and costing models, fostering their continued professional growth
- Assist with business development initiatives including aligning value-added services to new/existing clients
- Demonstrate business and technical expertise and stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on broader organizational goals
- Analyze and interpret data to refine digital transformation and drive informed decision-making
- Effectively communicate ideas to team members and partners, coordinate with key client stakeholders
- Contribute to thought leadership in the digital transformation domain through publications or industry events
- Promote inclusion, teamwork, collaboration, curiosity, innovation, and pragmatism
- Recruit top talent to grow the team as well as other areas of the firm

**About you**
- 5-10 years relevant experience in a consulting/professional service setting
- 2-5 years management experience
- Undergrad in business, engineering, or technology
- MBA degree
- Technical certifications, PMP, and CPA an asset
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of business processes across multiple industries
- Knowledge and understanding of the technology solution landscape (i.e. ERP, CRM, HRIS, FP&A, RPA, MSP, Cloud)
- Knowledge and understanding of technology infrastructure (i.e. network/system architecture, cybersecurity) and the SDLC
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
- Demonstrable abilities to lead, coach, mentor junior team members
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), French and/or others an asset
- Team spirit, with a focus on collaboration, information-sharing, quality, and innovation, pushing each other out of traditional approaches or comfort zones, challenging the norm
- Ability to quickly develop good interpersonal relationships as well as persuasiveness and diplomacy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Ability to work independently
- Some overnight travel involved
