**Horaire de travail: Lundi au Vendredi, 9h à 17h30**

**Sommaire de la position**

Effectuer le dédouanement (mainlevée) ET/OU confirmer les déclarations pour les expéditions non complexes à l’aide du système de courtage en douane ‘’CCBS’’ et les compétences acquises dans ce domaine. Le poste nécessite la gestion du service de livraison ET/OU des demandes de permis d'importation si nécessaire ET/OU la collecte et l'envoi de la documentation appropriée au gouvernement

**Client (Interne/Externe)**

Les opérations à l’import, autres services au sein de l’entreprise, service de la consultation, transport import, service des ventes, clients du courtage en douane, etc.

**Produits ou services spécifiques**:

- Entrée de données (ouvre les dossiers-clients, valide l'information, crédit et facturation).
- Amasse l'information supplémentaire ou la documentation, lorsque requis, des clients, transporteurs, douanes et autres bureaux, etc.
- Identifie les écarts dans les profils-clients.
- Répond aux questions de base et aux demandes des clients, des douanes, des chauffeurs et des autres bureaux.
- Travaille en équipe avec les autres partenaires: clients, employés, transporteurs, agents à l'importation.

- Support rapide et efficace; dossiers à l'ordre, productivité, nombre de dossiers préparés à l’heure.
- Temps de traitement rapide; pas d'erreurs dans le traitement de l'information
- Directives opérationnelles suivies
- Coopération et assistance avec les membres de l'équipe interne
- Satisfaction du client (service rapide, poli, courtois, sans interruption, sans délai)

**Compétences clés du poste**

Compétences techniques
- Connaissance de base des opérations douanières, des lois et réglementations et d'autres ministères - Préféré
- Compréhension de base du système harmonisé ‘’HS’’, de ‘’CUSMA’’ (Accord Canada, États-Unis, Mexique) et du processus de permis - Préféré
- Connaissances informatiques requises

**Exigences**
- Expérience d’emploi en administration - Préféré
- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Bilinguisme requis au Québec seulement
