Job OverviewThis role oversees the business strategy for effective and profitable brokerage operations in assigned sites, consisting of Trade Management Centers (TMCs) or equivalent areas. Key objectives include meeting revenue plans, developing operational goals, monitoring performance, and maintaining strategic relationships with clients.

ResponsibilitiesAchieve established quantitative measurement goals to drive sustainable growth in profitability.Develop and execute site/area level brokerage strategies to foster customer focus and cross-functional collaboration.Lead and develop others to ensure consistent implementation of standard business processes.
