SRK Consulting est un cabinet d'experts-conseils international indépendant de premier plan qui fournit des services de consultation intégrés à l'échelle mondiale au secteur international des mines et des métaux.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) consultant(e) principal(e)/principal(e) à temps plein basé(e) au Québec pour se joindre à une grande équipe canadienne d'ingénieurs et de scientifiques basée principalement dans quatre bureaux régionaux.

Description des responsabilités :

SRK cherche à étendre sa présence émergente au Québec, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance et/ou dans les bureaux établis de SRK. En tant que consultant senior/principal en ressources, vous aurez l'occasion de vous joindre à l'une des équipes de ressources les plus importantes et les plus expérimentées au monde, composée de géologues structuraux, de géologues de ressources, de géostatisticiens et d'ingénieurs miniers.

En tant que consultant de niveau senior à principal, vos responsabilités générales incluront l'estimation des ressources minérales, la rédaction de rapports techniques et l'examen des projets dans le cadre de la diligence raisonnable. Un aspect important du travail chez SRK est le développement individuel de vos compétences en matière de conseil au sein d'un groupe de conseil mondial plus large. À ce titre, le candidat retenu devra établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients.

  • Professional registration with Ordre des Geologues du Quebec (OGQ) or the Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec (IOQ)

Exigences essentielles :

  • Diplôme en géologie ou en ingénierie
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'estimation des ressources appliquées dans le domaine de l'exploration, de l'exploitation ou de la gestion d'entreprise.
  • Bonne compréhension géologique des gisements de minerai et compétences en matière de modélisation géologique en 3D.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ainsi qu'au sein d'équipes de projet pluridisciplinaires.
  • Un niveau élevé de maîtrise du français parlé et écrit est nécessaire pour ce poste, ainsi qu'une maîtrise au moins intermédiaire de l'anglais parlé et écrit.
  • La capacité à communiquer dans d'autres langues que le français et l`anglais est considérée comme un atout.
