We are a dynamic and ambitious small company in the growth phase located in Sudbury, Ontario. We specialize in high-quality visual marketing solutions for Agents to promote their brand and listings. With a mission to revolutionize the way properties are showcased we are dedicated to providing high level photography & videography services with ease of order and delivery to our valued customers.

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to drive our company's sales strategy to new heights and expand our presence in the market.

Salary & bonus based on experience and skills brought to the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Development & Execution:

- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Schedule new orders to suit the client and seller’s timeframe from booking through to delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Collect testimonials along the way.

Marketing Strategy & Implementation:

- Plan marketing around innovative and emerging trends, customer preferences, competitive landscape while communicating value proposition and benefits of our products/services while aligning with sales objectives.
- Content Creation & Campaign Management using our digital assets, and promotional materials effectively maximizing ROI. Managing advertising campaigns across various social channels analyzing for performance of the marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, both online and offline. Uphold the brand’s reputation and enhance visibility in the market.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion for new customer segments.

Field Work
- onsite home/commercial photoshoots, floor plans, 3D Tours. All team members are trained (equipment & training provided) in these services to get the right perspective for delivering the highest quality services on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales strategies and techniques, preferably in a small company environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
