**Early Childcare Educator**

**Who Are We? **We are a multi-location childcare centre located in Alexandria, St. Andrew's, and Cornwall, ON. We are a small team of dedicated and passionate professionals whose primary goal is to provide accessible, fun and educational childcare. We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join our team and help us fulfill our mission to provide the best possible care for our children and their parents

**Who are You?** Are you passionate about providing accessible, safe, fun and educational childcare to children ages 12 months to 12 years? If so, you may be just who we are looking for We are looking to add to our team of qualified educators at our Cornwall and Alexandria locations for casual and possible full-time positions. This is a great opportunity for any Early Childcare Education students who are looking to expand and get their foot in the door

**Job Expectation**:The educator will report to their Team Lead and aid in the planning and programming of age-appropriate activities that follow the guidelines from the Ministry of Education, EOHU and Young Achievers Daycare.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience required.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Must be comfortable working with children and interacting with parents.
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible hours/dependent on shift).
- CPR Level C & First Aid (current, or schedule to be renewed.)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last 6 months).
- Immunizations up to date (MMR, Tdap (td booster vaccine), Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB skin test).

We are a team, and work to support one another, so there are times where we may be asked to be flexible and travel to another location to help provide extra hands

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
