1. Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.

2. Professionally assist technicians, staff, visitors, and patients.

3. Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies.

4. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Maintain confidentiality of all staff, and patient information.

6. Schedule & reschedule appointments of patients.

7. Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.

8. Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.

9. Should have BCLS, WHIMS and other required certifications.

10 Willing to learn PACS ( Velox ).

11. Must have good communication skills.

12. Willing to work weekdays and or weekend ( if needed )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
