As an Adult Program Coordinator, you will be a part of the Adult Program team across our locations in Kitchener and Waterloo. In your role you will help lead and support a volunteer team to deliver high quality programming, and also coordinate their schedules. You will support the Adult Program Leads with training and work to achieve revenue goals for the Adult Program Department.

In this role you will also spend a portion of your week on the floor in direct delivery of programs. You will take a proactive approach with members and participants by assisting them with any needs, inquires or concerns.

**What will you bring**

You will have completed a related university or college degree or diploma, have an active Personal Trainer certification, Group Fitness Certification and Standard First Aid and CPR training.
