**Position Overview**:

- Greet patients attending the office and notify appropriate staff members of their arrival.
- Set up new Patient accounts and update current Patient information.
- Answer Patient’s general inquiries, direct calls as appropriate, and record accurate messages.
- Perform routine administrative activities including coordination of inbound and outbound mail, photocopying and faxing information, courier, filing, identifying and ordering office supply needs.
- Managing the social media handles of the clinic. Plan marketing campaigns every now and then.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Commerce, inudstry, and marketing graduates preffered.
- Office experience, with demonstrated experience responding to customer inquiries in a positive and helpful manner.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to be thorough.
- Computer savvy and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Team oriented and professionalism.
- Confidentiality.
