**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and/or support under the guidance of a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist select change projects with organization-wide impacts in collaboration with senior leaders and other centralized departments. Examples will include the implementation of new digital infrastructure, organizational designs, critical process improvements, occupying new physical spaces, HR and EDI programs and various other projects.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption and realization of benefits for NAIT, teams, and individuals.
- Partner with Organizational Development Services Consultants to develop and deliver change management training programs, toolkits and resource banks.
- Act as coach and consultant to leaders working through changes in their areas, as well as being part of the team of resident experts in OCM.
- Collaborate with Communications Strategists to develop communications plans to support various change projects.

**Qualifications**:

- A related undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. An MBA or related graduate degree would be a strong asset.
- Prosci or other change management certifications would be a strong asset.
- Minimum 2 years experience in change management, organizational development, or business consulting.

**Remuneration**:$79,795.82 - $105,715.48 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
