**Responsibilities**
- Analyze, prepare, and process weekly orders in collaboration with store managers
- Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Spearhead product cycle analysis, identify SKUs with excess inventory, and facilitate regular stock pullback activities to ensure healthy inventory turnover at the store level
- Investigating inventory-related concerns, identifying root causes and developing preventative plans. Perform analysis on inventory accuracy and facilitate retail spot/cycle counts/quarterly counts as required; lead initiatives to minimize inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while developing initiatives to minimize carrying costs on slow-moving products
- Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key supply chain metrics
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role
- Proficiency in using supply chain and data analysis tools such as Excel, ERP (Sap, Netsuite, or Odoo), or other relevant software
- Experience with data visualization tools a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
