**Project Planner** to join the Operations group in our Oakville, office. This is an exciting time to join our growing business, and the wide range of projects we support for our clients, provides a great variety within the day-to-day task.

Working with the Project Management Team, this position will be responsible for the development, progressing, and reporting of Level 3 engineering schedules for the execution of brownfield modification projects. The Project Planner will provide essential support for maintaining focus on critical activities to ensure delivery targets are achieved for Wood's clients.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in furthering their career in the field of Project Management.

Working with the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for:

- The development, progressing, and reporting of Level 3 engineering schedules for the execution of brownfield modification projects
- Preparing resource levelled schedules in Primavera P6
- Explore scenarios to look for the ways to leverage project opportunities or mitigate risks
- Identify, where applicable changes and / or variations may be required
- Produce the schedule baseline and ensure it is communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Produce monthly reports on schedule progress for our Project Team and Clients
- Interact with project management, team leads, clients, contractors, supply chain and construction regarding planning and scheduling activities
- Maintain thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and methodologies relevant to Planning / Scheduling discipline

Skills / Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a technical or Engineering environment
- A Technical Diploma or equivalent education from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Experience with Primavera P6 or related planning software
- Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
