**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Enrolment and Operations Manager will be responsible for strategic growth and operational management of TBC’s private career college. The incumbent will have responsibilities in the following areas:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create an enrolment management plan to improve enrolment and retention for both domestic and international students.
- Effectively communicate with prospects throughout the process.
- Cultivate and manage relationships within the community to support local admissions.
- Develop new admissions programs/incentives that generate new enrolment prospects.
- Conceive, develop, schedule, and execute internal and external events related to admissions including open houses, educational fairs, etc.
- Visit with exiting student recruitment agent partners, and develop new ones, with the goal of securing applicants to the college.
- Attend recruitment fairs and other events with the goal of student recruitment.
- Collaborate with key staff to develop and manage effective enrolment and retention goals. Work closely with the CEO and other staff to plan and execute marketing strategies, including reviewing and approving publications, website content, advertising, and any other promotional pieces with enrolment implications.
- As students enroll, ensure qualified faculty are in place, programs operate as per TBC and any relevant third-party standards.
- Ensure that an appropriate system is in place to track all stages of the enrolment process.
- Ensure that college staff are equipped to track student progression and graduation eligibility.
- Ensure that college staff is equipped to track student withdrawal deadlines and associated refunds, if applicable.
- Obtain and maintain service agreements and relationships with placement providers and other community partners.
- Serve as an ambassador for the college and articulate and demonstrate support for all aspects of the TBC experience.
- Collaborate with college staff to ensure important dates and deadlines (e.g., KPI, campus registration renewal, program audits) are monitored.
- Supervise reporting of student enrollment to MCU.
- Ensure the LMS is equipped for all program delivery.
- Pursuing, obtaining, and maintaining third-party accreditation, partnerships, or funding opportunities for students such as OSAP, NACC, and so on.
- Other duties as required.

**General Competencies**
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite
- Effective research skills utilizing Internet.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to take direction and flexibility to quickly implement ongoing program changes.
- Knowledge of online communication platforms, techniques, and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Must possess a positive attitude, ability to work with a diverse student body, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong record keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to foster an effective co-operative work relationship with peers.

**Educational Requirements and Experience**
- Completion of a post-secondary education in **Business Administration or Marketing**, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of **1-year related experience.**:

- Proven experience handling a large caseload and working with students (a definite asset).

**Additional Notes & Important Requirements**
- Some evening and weekend work may be required.
- Must have a valid Ontario drivers’ license and up-to-date vehicle insurance for occasional travel outside the office.
