Vancouver, Canada Pacific First Aid Ltd. Full time

**Position Overview**

This position exists to serve as a bridge between clients and our company. The Programs Administrator is the main point of contact and the face of Pacific First Aid for all program related inquiries.

**Responsibilities**

Coordinate and ensure success of all courses run by Pacific First Aid Ltd.

*find instructors *contact and deliver excellent customer service *manage confidential information and accounts, *and manage the maintenance and shipping of all equipment related to all courses

Administrative responsibilities

*course submissions *invoicing *track and approve of contractor statements *keep accurate records of all contractors’ and students’ certifications

Respond if needed to inquiries by instructors after hours and find solutions to any problems they may encounter

Stay on top of all team messages and respond in a timely and effective manner in offering solutions

Other duties as needed or required.

**Requirements**:
*High school diploma *At least 1 year of administration related work experience *Fluency in verbal and written English *Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook *Administrative qualifications (related degree, diploma, certificate)

**Office Location: 1170 Glen Drive, Vancouver BC V6A 3M6**

**Full time 9am to 5pm**

**Wage $16-$18/Hourly**

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
