**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced UX Researcher, with experience working on complex user journeys and service design research. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our revolutionary sets of AI tools. You will be responsible for bringing the voice of the user to life in product and design teams. ***In this role you will be****:

- Identifying User Needs and Preferences: Conduct thorough user research to uncover user needs, behaviours, and preferences using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Generating insights and design deliverables that influence how our product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy, aligned with design and business KPIs
- Maintaining a Feedback Repository: Organize, manage, and analyze a repository of user feedback to facilitate easy access and reference for the design and development teams

**About you**:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in qualitative and quantitative user research with experience answering product questions and understanding user behaviour
- Proficiency in a diverse range of User research methodologies
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills; able to effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**In addition, the following would be an advantage**
- Technical acumen with experience in data analysis, machine learning, AI and LLMs
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, pre-PMF environment
- Fluency in German in addition to fluency in English

**A propos du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) chercheur(euse) UX enthousiaste et expérimenté(e), ayant de l'expérience dans le domaine des parcours utilisateurs complexes et de la recherche sur la conception de services. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans le développement et la réalisation de nos ensembles révolutionnaires d'outils d'intelligence artificielle. Vous serez chargé(e) de donner vie à la voix de l'utilisateur au sein des équipes de produits et de conception.

***Dans ce rôle, vos responsabilités incluront****:

- Identifier les besoins et les préférences des utilisateurs : Mener des recherches approfondies sur les utilisateurs afin de découvrir leurs besoins, leurs comportements et leurs préférences à l'aide de méthodologies qualitatives et quantitatives;
- Générer des idées et des livrables de conception qui influencent la façon notre stratégie de produit à moyen et à long terme, alignée avec la conception et les indicateurs de rendement clé (IRC) de l'entreprise;
- Maintenir un référentiel de retours d'expérience : Organiser, gérer et analyser un référentiel des commentaires des utilisateurs afin de faciliter l'accès et la référence pour les équipes de conception et de développement

**À propos de vous**:
Vous ferez partie d’une équipe internationale qui opère principalement en anglais.

**Vous détenez**
- 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la recherche qualitative et quantitative auprès des utilisateurs et vous avez l'habitude de répondre à des questions sur les produits et de comprendre le comportement des utilisateurs;
- Une maîtrise d'une gamme variée de méthodologies de recherche sur les utilisateurs;
- D'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation ; vous êtes capable de communiquer efficacement des résultats de recherche complexes à des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
