We're seeking a Design Project Manager to join our creative team. The Design Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple design projects from conception through completion. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and design acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to consistently meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and challenges.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and other project contributors.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and any potential issues in a clear and timely manner.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with final deliverables.
- Oversee the quality of design outputs to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- 1+ years of experience in project management within the design industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of design principles and processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in leading design software like Adobe Creative Suite, coupled with familiarity with interactive technology tools.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a fervor for delivering innovative design solutions.
