Receptionist/Office Manager

**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office correspondence
- Greet and assist patients or clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files and records

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hearing clinic or as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or in an office management role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
