We are one of Western Canada's leading fire protection companies and regularly work on a wide variety of industrial, commercial, residential and institutional projects. We have been in the engineering, construction and fire protection business for over 40 years and guarantee our work.

Our team is growing and are are seeking an experience Fire Protection Service Technician to add to our team. Key responsibilities will include performing annual maintenance on fire alarm and sprinkler systems and generating reports/detailing deficiencies for repair.

**Duties**:
Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems, sprinkler systems as well as miscellaneous service work, as required.

**Requirements**:

- ASTTBC certification required (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field; including prior experience with fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, backflows, or special suppression
- Knowledge of ULC, CSA, and Canadian electrical codes and standards
- Complete work orders and report in a timely fashion
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Valid driver’s license
- Available to be scheduled into the on-call rotation (approx once a month) for emergency service work
