Fire Protection Specialist

Viking Fire Protection Inc. is seeking a skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. As a Fire Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fire protection systems to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Conduct site visits to assess fire protection needs and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure fire protection systems meet building codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, installation plans, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in fire protection, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
