Our operations play an important part in achieving a sustainable economy and minimization of greenhouse gas emissions.

Our composting facility in Abbotsford is currently seeking a **Compost Operator** to join our talented and dedicated team.

**Please note that this role is for the following shift: Thursday to Sunday 7 am to 5pm.**

**The Position**

**What You Need**
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance
- Initiative and ability to work well independently and with others
- Conscientious and strong work ethic,
- Desire and aptitude to learn
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- A valid Class 5 license in good standing

Preference will be given to people with previous labour experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or construction and/or exposure to heavy equipment operation.
